Had a nice run, trying to incorporate what I have been learning in my running class. Toward the end I could feel the side of my knee getting tight. I got up this morning and it is down right sore. I am a little fusterated, because I wanted to run today since I won’t be able to run this weekend. Maybe it needs a little rest anway. I am not sure what I did to my knee. Hopefully it will heal soon.
