bummer of a run

I ran today in hopes of mixing in the suggested workout from my running class. I didn’t do as much walking as they recommended, it is hard for me to give up the miles in running. Toward the end the outside of my right knee was hurting pretty bad. I did stretching and 15 minutes of yoga to try to work it out. Now I am headed to the ice.
