New running class

Just started on running class on Thursday. We had to do a timed mile and I was pleased with my 7 minute 41 second time. Can’t wait to improve. I am a little worried because the class work out is much different than my 1/2 marathon training work out, but I will figure it out. I love the new world that running has opened up to me. I can still feel the 10 miles I did last Wednesday, but I need to get a run in tomorrow. Cheers!
